GTC:

1. Copyright and Rights of Usage: Users of the website and the calendar are not entitled to modify, recreate, publish, perform, distribute or in any other way use materials (drawings, texts, brands, logos, promotional or marketing tips) provided on the website and in the product for publicity or commercial purposes. All materials found on the website and in the product are protected by copyright law; their unauthorized use may conflict with copyright, patent (trademark protection) or other law.
   
   
2. Data Protection: All personal data and information provided by the Customer shall be protected by the Operator; Operator does not publish or transfer them to third parties. The Operator stores the passwords provided by the Customers in encrypted format not even decipherable by the Operator itself, and maintains secure storage by regular backup. The Operator may send information material to users agreeing to the reception of such information. E-mails may be sent as long as the user does not explicitly prohibit the sending of any further materials. The Operator excludes all compensation liabilities for damages deriving from the loss, delayed arrival or any other failure of electronically forwarded messages. The Customer is liable for providing the Operator with accurate information. Customer may not provide the data of a third person instead of own data; in such cases Customer is made liable for all consequences or damages, the Operator rejects all liabilities. The Operator destroys all personal data after their expiry of their purpose of use or at request from the Customer automatically and irrevocably.
   
   
3. Statement: By selecting 'I subscribe to the Newsletter’ Customer explicitly agrees that Operator shall – subject to Law XLVIII/2008 on the basic conditions and restrictions of economic advertisement activities - forward newsletters (containing information and advertisement on the activities and products of Operator) per e-mail, moreover, Customer declares that this selection is made voluntarily. I provided my data above voluntarily to the Operator for use for the Operator’s own DM activities. My consent to the data management is valid ambulatory. I was informed that under Section 6, Paragraph 6 of Law XLVIII/2008 on the basic conditions and restrictions of economic advertisement activities I am entitled to declare at any given time that I wish to discontinue receiving newsletters (DM materials) from the Operator’s mailing address. I have to provide my e-mail address for identification purposes when clicking the link at the end of the newsletter, or in case of a declaration in a separate e-mail (providing data is obligatory under the above mentioned regulation). I was also informed that due to technical causes the discontinuation of sending DM materials can only be warranted after a 10 day’s transitional period (deliveries in progress at the time of the request can not be stopped). I can request a prohibition of sending any more newsletters for free under "CONTACT" menu at the www.the-fashion-designer.com website.
   
   
4. General Provisions: The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally modify this GTC at any time. In case of spelling mistakes, misprints or calculation errors occurring on the website the Operator reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement. The Publisher does not acknowledge any other claims of the Customer except for the case of a prior written notice of the Operator..
   
   
5. Valid Legal Regulation: For issues not ruled by the agreement between the Operator and the Customer, the terms of this General Terms and Conditions, the valid regulations and regulations of the Civil Law apply. The courts of the 18th and 19th district of Budapest shall be assigned as a venue to settle any disputes deriving from the agreement exclusively.
